They all have different features and options, but it is up to you to determine what options and features you want, need and will never use. The netbook is a small, compact computer that generally has the same features as a notebook except they usually do not have a CD Rom drive built-in. The netbooks also generally run Windows XP as opposed to Windows Vista or Windows 7 with the larger notebooks. Once again, the one that will work for you depends on what you will be using it for.

What are you going to be using the computer for? If you are just going to surf the web or use the word processing features, then a standard computer will work just fine. On the other hand, if you use the computer all the time for gaming or large applications, then you are going to want a computer with more memory, more ROM and a faster processor.
